- 碎猪肉 半磅
- 乾上海麵 ¼ 磅
- 蒜蓉 1 湯匙
- 熱滾水 8 杯
- 油 2 湯匙
醃猪肉醬汁

豉油 1/2 茶匙

生粉 2 茶匙

水 2 湯匙
調味料
- 海鮮醬 1 湯匙
- 磨豉醬 1 湯匙
- 茄汁 2 湯匙
- 辣椒醬 1 至 2 湯匙
- 豉油 2 湯匙
- 糖 2 茶匙
- 胡椒粉 1 茶匙
- 水 ½ 杯

- 1/2 lb. minced Pork.
- 1/4 lb. dry Shanghai noodle (see video).
- 1 Tbsp minced Garlic.
- 8 cup hot water.
- 2 Tbsp oil.
Seasoning Sauce (SS)
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce.
- 2 tsp Corn starch.
- 2 Tbsp water.
Seasoning Mix
- 1 Tbsp Hoisen sauce.
- 1 Tbsp ground bean paste.
- 2 Tbtsp Ketchup.
- 1-2 Tbsp pepper paste.
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce.
- 2 tsp Sugar.
- 1 tsp white Pepper.
- 1/2 cup Water.

Method |

乾麵放入 一煲滾水中煮熟 ( 水煲滾後 , 用中慢火約煑 10 分鐘至熟)
取出掠乾水份,加入 1 湯匙油,拌勻待用

調味料拌勻

碎猪肉加入醃料拌勻

熱鍋內放入 1 湯匙油 , 加入蒜蓉略爆香,再加入碎猪肉炒熟,再放入調味料煑滾後 , 淋在麵上,即可享用

- Boil dry noodle in water; after water boiling lower heat and simmer for 10 min.; Drain, Add 1 Tbsp oil and Mix well; set aside.
- Mix well Seasoning Mix.
- Mix well Seasoning Sauce with Pork.
- Add 1 Tbsp oil onto hot pan; add garlic till hot; add Pork & stir-fry till hot; then Add & Mix well with Seasoning mix; Pour over noodlel (see video). ENJOY.
