材料

Ingredient

  1. 韓式粉絲麵條半磅
  2. 熱滾水一鍋約 10 – 12 杯
  3. 紅籮蔔半條約 3 OZ ( 切幼絲 )
  4. 洋葱半個約 3 OZ (切幼絲 )
  5. 蒜茸 1 湯匙
  6. 油 2 湯匙

調味料

  1. 醬油 4 至 5 湯匙
  2. 醋 1 湯匙
  3. 糖 2 湯匙
  4. 麻油 2 湯匙
  5. 鷄粉 1 茶匙或鹽 ½ 茶匙
  1. 1/2 lbs Korean Style Starch Noodle (Vermicelle Coreen).
  2. 10-12 Cups Hot Water in a pot.
  3. 3 oz. Carrot - julienned.
  4. 3 oz. Onion - julienned.
  5. 1 Tbsp Garlic - minced.
  6. 2 Tbsp Oil.

Seasoning

  1. 4-5 Tbsp Soy sauce.
  2. 1 Tbsp Vinegar.
  3. 2 Tbsp Sugar.
  4. 2 Tbsp Sesame oil.
  5. 1 tsp Chicken Essense or 1/2 tsp salt.
製法
Method
  1. 把麵條放入一鍋熱滾水中 ,待再滾後  ,用中慢火約煑5分鐘 , 再用冷水沖洗掠乾待用
  2. 熱鍋下油 2 湯匙, 加入蒜茸,紅蘿蔔絛及洋葱絲,炒約 1 分鐘
  3. 調味料混合拌勻待用
  4. 下麵條回鍋中,用中火煮熱,放入調味料拌勻, 即可享用
  1. Put noodle into boiling water and let boil for about 5 mins. Rinse in cold water and drained.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp oil onto hot pan; add garlic, julienned carrot and onion; stir-fry for 1 min.
  3. Mix well the Seasoning items; set aside.
  4. Put noodle onto hot pan at mid-heat; Add seasoning mox; Stir gently. ENJOY.
